Responsibilities
MV Transportation is seeking a Call Center Supervisor who will work closely with the Call Center Manager. He/she will assist in the oversight of the Call Center Operations ensuring contract compliance regarding customer service standards through the effective use of team resources and staff motivation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Call Center staff, set positive example to all employees by providing consistent support and positive leadership, and quality customer service.
- Train New Hires
- Assist with customer complaints or inquiries from client or senior management.
- Monitor random calls to improve quality.
- Minimize errors and track performance.
Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
- Two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Experience with Trapeze a must.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must work effectively with fellow employees and have strong leadership characteristics.
- Must have the ability to recruit and develop staff to deliver reliable service product.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work a varied schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise with a "Safety First" attitude.
