Our organization has now evolved from strategizing to realizing value across our digital transformation portfolio, supporting critical business imperatives. The Strategy Realization team within our Digital Manufacturing Division is laser-focused on providing resources and support for our Digital Manufacturing Division to create and execute the digital priorities through tight collaboration and coordination with the Digital Manufacturing Organization (DMO) and Enabling and Value Teams’ leadership. Our cross-functional approach drives the coordination and implementation of Digital Manufacturing Division’s operating model and alignment with the company’s priorities and champions enterprise-wide digital collaboration and innovation.

A core function of Digital Manufacturing Division's Strategy Realization team is Change Management. The Change Management team guides partner and stakeholder engagement to drive cultural, behavioral, and process shifts while promoting and communicating our ways of working. We deploy a change management framework and provide resources and support to plan and implement successful change. We are committed to planning and executing change within Digital Manufacturing Division, in our Manufacturing Division, and beyond as a trusted partner driving the transformation of our Manufacturing Division digital priorities from idea to reality.

  • Ensure sponsor alignment and provide regular reporting to leadership teams

  • Create and deliver effective communication materials, including walking decks, key messages, FAQs, status updates, newsletter content, sponsor messages, and ad hoc presentations; manage the initiative's SharePoint page and ensure effective information sharing

  • Assess training needs, create deployment and learning plans, and support training delivery

  • Support the value recognition and value realization phases by documenting lessons learned, measuring adoption, and communicating wins

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Change Management and other stakeholders to ensure successful initiative execution

  • Champion the adoption of human-centered design principles and methodologies in change management initiatives

  • Serve as a coach and mentor, providing guidance and upskilling colleagues across the organization on change management best practices

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and knowledge-sharing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in driving organizational transformation

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology)

  • Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives and driving cultural transformation

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:
