Our client is a well-established company transforming modern workplaces for hybrid work, with their software platform redefining how companies manage visitors, desks, and deliveries in over 20,000 locations globally. Backed by top-tier VCs, their newest division, Workplace, is their fastest-growing revenue stream.

They are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join the Admin Platform (AMP) team. This team builds enterprise-grade features (like SCIM sync, Custom Roles, and SSO) specifically targeting their largest customers (1000+ employees). This role offers the chance to make a tremendous impact by boosting revenue and solving key architectural challenges related to enterprise scale and performance.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise-grade services and features with a focus on backend excellence.
• Drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency, serving as the technical expert/lead.
• Ensure the quality, security, availability, and performance of services.
• Respond to incidents, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and fix bugs across the stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship new features that delight customers and attract large enterprises.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced engineers and help guide the team's technical direction.
• Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer-reviews, CI, and automated testing.

• 6-7 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Backend-focused expertise with the ability to work across the stack when necessary.
• High standards for code, systems, and engineering practices.

• Salary: $190K - $205K
• Equity: Competitive Equity (Yes)
• Work Policy: Hybrid position, requiring 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday) in the Seattle office.
