Our purpose is to design for the good of humankind. It’s the ideal we strive toward each day in everything we do. As a Senior Production Manager, responsibilities would be to partner with interior designers, architects, project managers, and brand leads to define and execute a strategic approach that brings the many brands of MillerKnoll to life.  As Senior Production Manager, you will work within the Interiors team to manage the people, process, and budgets associated with: showroom styling, graphics, logos, fixtures, lighting, sub architecture, curtains, art handling, and installations in showroom spaces and exhibits globally.  The ideal candidate will be equally adept at defining scalable production processes and managing complex, high-impact installations. You will create streamlined workflows, develop production communications, and leverage both internal resources and external partners to improve execution across showroom styling, fixtures, graphics, sub-architecture, and exhibition design.
