This position can be in our Irvine, California corporate headquarters, Seattle, WA, or Bay Area.
Your role:
As a Sr. Principal Product Designer, you will partner with engineering, product management, and business leaders to deliver high quality designs that get the customer’s job done and deliver positive business outcomes, while ensuring consistency across our platform.
You will use your creative & problem-solving skills to deliver experiences across multiple user types in a complex domain space, helping our partners grow their businesses through data-driven intuitive tools.
You are a self-starter with relentlessly high standards. You are highly collaborative, a strong advocate for the end user, and gifted at creating simple, elegant solutions to complex and ambiguous problem spaces.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $131,700.00 - $223,900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
