The assistant coaches coach and mentor rugby student-athletes in support of their growth as a student-athlete and member of the Middlebury College community.
The Assistant Women’s Rugby Coach assists the Women’s Rugby Head Coach in all aspects of the Women’s Rugby Club’s on and off field training, practice and competition. This is accomplished primarily through direct coaching, instruction and mentoring of members of the Women’s Rugby Club.
As a self-governed student organization, the coach will work with head coach and team leaders to support individual development and the growth and of the club.
This is a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The minimum starting rate for the position is $18.81 per hour. It is a temporary position with an anticipated end date May 2026.
