We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Manager to join our Digital Strategy & Operations team. This role will support the digital operational performance of our content business by analyzing investment efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and helping execute strategic initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, including time in investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
You’ll report to the SVP, Digital Strategy & Operations and work cross-functionally with teams across editorial, finance, video, audience development, and brand leadership.
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office out of our NYC office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Positions Contributions:
Support Digital Strategy & Operations team and key stakeholders in identifying digital performance metrics, frameworks, and insights for our brand and content operations teams
Develop reporting materials and presentations to inform brand GMs and senior leaders (e.g., dashboards, monthly performance updates)
Partner with finance and brand leads to track budgets, identify variances, and surface ideas to maximize spend efficiency
Support the development of frameworks and tools that drive operational visibility, scalability, and efficiency across the content organization
Help prepare materials for leadership meetings and support annual planning processes
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
2-4 years of professional experience, ideally including 1-3 years in investment banking, consulting, or a strategic/analytical role in media, tech, or a fast-paced industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to synthesize complex data for both senior and non-technical audiences
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a bias toward action
Interest in content, media, or digital publishing—prior exposure a plus, but not required

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
