MUST HAVE:
Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements OR a paralegal certification and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
NICE TO HAVE:
Comprehensive understanding of intellectual property practices and procedures.
Experience with U.S. and foreign patent filing and prosecution processes.
Familiarity in managing docketing systems and ensuring compliance with deadlines (knowledge of Anaqua is a plus).
Some knowledge of invention disclosure processes and systems.
Familiarity with trademark filing, prosecution, and maintenance (preferred).
Ability to independently manage patent portfolios.
Experience in preparation and filing formalities, such as assignments, new application filings, and responses.
Experience working with outside counsel and foreign agents.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex IP portfolios.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of IP-related software tools and systems.
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with inventors, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Experience supporting litigation matters across various areas, including gathering discovery materials and managing case files
