Responsibilities
- Own evaluation, implementation, administration, and optimization of the legal tech stack (CLM, privacy tools, ticketing, procurement integrations).
- Lead integration of workflow automation and AI-powered tools while ensuring data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage system migrations, upgrades, user access, and ongoing administration of legal systems.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and Procurement to capture requirements, streamline processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Serve as project manager for multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning technical solutions with business and compliance goals.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support resources for end users to drive adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiate with software providers.
- Track key metrics, build dashboards, and report on system adoption, performance, and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends in legal tech, privacy, and AI and recommend continuous improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant certifications in project management or legal operations are a plus
