In this exciting role as a Compliance Specialist, you will have responsibility for the review of Grants, Donations & Sponsorship applications. Once reviewed and approved, you would be responsible for issuing, creating and managing payments. You would also be responsible for analytical tracking, reporting and PO Creation for the team.

-Peripheral and Endovenous

Peripheral and Endovenous therapies are a critical part of the Medtronic vascular portfolio, treating patients with a broad range of conditions, including Peripheral and Carotid Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, Peripheral Embolization, and Superficial and Deep Venous Disease. We lead the way in the Superficial Venous and Drug Coated Balloon markets, caring for hundreds of millions of patients globally with lifesaving and life-enhancing therapies.

A Day in the Life:

• Monitor program/project/system status, budgets, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct grant proposal preparation, negotiation, and administration, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepare documentation, progress reports, and other necessary reports, and advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
• Coordinate funding support with other Grant Administrators within the organization as required.
• Process weekly grant payments and maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the process.
• Respond to inquiries and collaborate with sales personnel regarding exhibits and fundraisers.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with the grants committee to address funding-related questions or concerns.
• Provide assistance and guidance to stakeholders regarding MGC system issues or grant availability.
• Review product donation requests for eligibility, approve requests, and facilitate processing through the fulfillment team.
• Address customer inquiries regarding donations promptly and effectively.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:   

Bachelor's degree and two years of compliance experience, or an advanced degree.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$70,400.00 - $105,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
