Senior Graphic Designer

Duties

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support a high-profile cybersecurity initiative for our federal government customer. This role will be instrumental in creating visually compelling and user-friendly materials that translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, accessible content for internal and external audiences. 

The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with cybersecurity leaders, communications teams, and technical staff to design digital and print assets that enhance understanding, engagement, and impact across the cybersecurity mission. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve internal and external communications methods and engagement, streamline messaging, and ensure efficient information sharing with stakeholders 
• Branding: Develop and refine current Cyber branding to increase cyber awareness, differentiating the organization’s brand from other cyber products and services. Create a consistent brand image across all communications channels; connect brand and messaging with target audiences; and drive customer and employee engagement by establishing metrics, surveys, and other tracking methods. 
• Develop content to reach and engage target audiences. 
• Design layouts and graphics using functions like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or HHS/ASPA-approved software. 
• Improve, develop, and maintain a quarterly content calendar using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in aligning its use with all branch products and appropriate internal and external communications 
• channels. 
• Improve and develop the use of current data visualization tools used in PowerPoint to the functions of industry’s use of Python and/or Tableau to analyze stakeholder challenges. 

• Bachelor’s degree.  
• 8 years of experience supporting communications initiatives, drafting information materials, and producing communications products. 
• Superior skills with the use of digital communications tools and advanced experience in the application of communications methods. 
• Cybersecurity experience or understanding will be very helpful. 
• Federal experience desired.
