Senior Media Buyer

Mars Men is in a high growth phase with a strong brand foundation and an aggressive roadmap, and paid media is one of the core engines behind that trajectory. As our Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and any future channels we expand into.


You will partner closely with our Growth and Creative teams to build high performing funnels, identify new testing opportunities, and guide the creative strategy with data backed insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, is confident in their numbers, and is excited to build a best in class performance engine for a rapidly scaling DTC brand.


What You'll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube focused on profitable scale
  • Manage daily pacing, budget allocation, CAC targets, MER health, and KPI reporting
  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps across audiences, bidding strategies, creative, landing pages, and funnels
  • Partner with Creative to brief winning concepts, provide iterative data driven feedback, and guide content direction
  • Monitor platform trends, identify new growth opportunities, and proactively address performance fluctuations
  • Maintain clean naming conventions, reporting dashboards, and weekly summaries for leadership
  • Own weekly growth reviews and communicate performance insights clearly to cross functional partners


Must Have Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of hands on media buying experience in high spend DTC environments
  • Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with proven results managing budgets at scale
  • Deep understanding of attribution, CAC, MER, ROAS, and full funnel strategy
  • Experience briefing and analyzing performance creative
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and make fast decisions
  • Clear and structured communicator who can simplify complex performance topics
  • Comfortable working independently and cross functionally in a fast paced remote team
