Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to 150–200 incoming seller emails daily generated via Instantly campaigns, excluding follow ups done over text, phone and voicemail.
- Underwrite and analyze land opportunities using Zillow, DataTree, LandInsights, and Land ID
- Prepare and send purchase offers through email, phone, and text communication
- Negotiate with property owners to secure deals aligned with company goals
- Maintain accurate records and deal updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with transaction coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth handoffs
- Provide clear and consistent communication with sellers and internal team members
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in land acquisition is highly desirable; however, experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling will also be considered.
- Must be fluent in both verbal and written English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and willing to work extended hours when required.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to collaborate.
- Must have their own tools and equipment suitable for remote work.
Advantageous:
- Experience using tools such as Land Insights, LandID, Podio, DocuSign, Instantly, and Batch Data is highly preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time) / Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)
