We’re hiring a Growth lead at Macroscope to identify, test, and scale what drives adoption. You’ll design and execute experiments across channels, interpret results, and turn insights into a repeatable growth engine. This role is ideal for someone highly autonomous, analytical, and energized by working as part of a small, fast-moving team. You’ll be one of our first Growth-focused roles, so you’ll be wearing many hats that would otherwise be specialized roles at larger organizations.
What you’ll do
Design and run campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, content marketing), and rapidly double down on what works.
Plan and execute in-person events and webinars to attract customers, drive engagement, and build community around our product.
Build top-of-funnel opportunities, improve CRM hygiene, and explore new AI tools to drive qualified pipeline.
Develop a CAC payback model to instill data-driven rigor in our marketing investments.
Implement and optimize SEO, SEM, and AEO strategies to ensure Macroscope shows up where our customers are searching.
Work closely with engineering, and report directly to the CEO, Kayvon Beykpour
