Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, updating production documents, maintaining a status grid, coordinating meetings, and liaising with multiple departments for workflow efficiency.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, collaboration skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel are essential; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in publishing is preferred, with production editorial or management experience being an advantage; a college degree or equivalent experience is also required.
