Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking experienced Project Coordinators to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs across the Greater Puget Sound area. Candidates will assist project managers by coordinating schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Bluebeam.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.
  • Knowledge of project management and contract administration principles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project operations including schedules, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.
  • Track and maintain project records such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence using project management software.
  • Monitor field activities and report on progress, operational impacts, and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate scopes of work, work packages, construction schedules, and prepare draft correspondence for approval.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate data in project management systems.
  • Prepare punch lists and assist with final inspections and close-out documentation.
  • Support preparation of project status reports, progress summaries, staffing plans, and other deliverables.
  • Assist with financial tracking including estimates, budgets, accruals, and cash flows.
  • Contribute to quality control and compliance by reviewing project documents for accuracy and conformance.
  • Provide guidance on documentation standards and proper use of project systems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
