Responsibilities: Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely and profitable project delivery, guiding customers to optimize their use of Lucid's products, maintaining subject matter expertise, and innovating new service offerings.
Skills: Required skills include 3-5 years of experience in consultative roles, strong engagement management, excellent verbal and presentation skills, and a proven ability to develop customer relationships.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in technical or R&D roles, familiarity with SaaS collaboration tools, and a background in change or process management.
Location: This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT, and is a hybrid role allowing for remote work.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $85,000 - $120,000.
