Responsibilities
- Lead inbound transportation, interplant logistics, internal material flow, warehousing optimization, and finished vehicle distribution.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Material Flow Engineering, Planning, Transportation, Quality, and Launch teams to ensure JIT delivery and synchronized production.
- Develop and optimize scalable logistics networks, processes, and strategies aligned to Lucid’s manufacturing footprint and growth plans.
- Oversee third-party logistics providers and enforce SLAs, cost targets, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across material handling, packaging, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration to support flawless program launches and exceptional customer delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing logistics team across multiple locations and time zones.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
