THE JOB
We’re searching for a high-energy Lead Associate to be the operational force behind our Retail success in an exciting music venue environment. This candidate will drive results by managing seamless opening and closing procedures, floor shifts, and maintain operational excellence while ensuring budget accountability by meeting sales goals. As a Leader, this candidate will be responsible for supervision and development of the Team, delivering excellence in customer service, execute creative visual merchandising displays, and effectively process new merchandise. This role requires attention to detail, demonstrated by strong communication of key performance insights via nightly recaps.
