Location: Remote (PST Working Hours)
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

We are seeking a Manager, Technical Data Analysis to lead a high-performing team of analysts dedicated to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance across our platforms. This role is critical to building and maintaining trusted data solutions that power decisions across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Platforms, you’ll drive the execution of enterprise data initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design, and guide your team toward operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Data Analysts.
Define and oversee documentation of data requirements, mappings, and business rules.
Ensure data quality, validation, and lineage standards are met.
Manage team contributions in Microsoft Purview (metadata, glossary, lineage).
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to integrate new data sources.
Act as escalation point for complex data or documentation issues.
Drive improvements in processes, tools, and communication.
Support team planning, workload management, and hiring needs.
Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in data/business analysis or governance, including 2+ in leadership.
Strong SQL and understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, Snowflake).
Experience with metadata tools (Microsoft Purview preferred).
Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and communicate technical concepts.
Automotive retail/lending knowledge is a plus.
