What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage customer relations processes and team training
Partner with the GM to develop improvement plans and drive performance
Maintain accurate customer data to support engagement and retention
Stay up to date on product details, pricing, promotions, and campaigns
Boost appointments and satisfaction through inbound/outbound communication.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service or call center leadership experience (automotive preferred)
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Clear communication, phone, and computer abilities
Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members
