The Order Processing Lead is a critical role offering support and guidance for various areas of the department. The role exists as a path for team development as well as personal growth. This position exists to create and drive a positive, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with outstanding problem solving and communication skills, can work autonomously and take initiative to multitask in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They will possess the skills to quickly adapt to evolving priorities to help Lakeshore meet its objectives to drive the growth and profitability of our business.

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $22.35 - $30.04 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
