Responsibilities
- Own performance metrics and KPIs for the RRTW product suite (adoption, utilization, cost impact, duration).
- Define and evolve the RRTW vision, roadmap, and feature set across the Kinetic platform.
- Translate operational and customer pain points into clear, scalable product requirements.
- Partner with Insurance Operations, Policyholder Success Managers, Claims Specialists, and Underwriting to ensure consistent RRTW execution.
- Build and maintain playbooks, workflows, and enablement tools for claims teams and partners.
- Align carriers and distribution partners on program standards, incentives, and operational expectations.
- Work with Distribution & Marketing to position RRTW externally and create broker/policyholder materials.
- Measure outcomes, run experiments, and iterate to improve adoption, engagement, and cost/duration metrics.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) is a plus but not required
