Skills: Candidates should possess strong financial modeling abilities, business partnering skills, experience in FP&A or strategic finance, and excellent communication skills, preferably with a background in SaaS.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred, alongside 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in high-growth environments.

Compensation: $180000 - $200000 / Annually

About the role:
Kiddom is seeking a hands-on Director of FP&A & Strategic Finance to strengthen our financial planning function and elevate business decision-making across the company. This role will lead business partnering, working closely with GTM, PDE (Product, Design, Engineering), and other departments, while also building scalable FP&A systems and processes to support Kiddom’s next stage of growth. We’re looking for someone who combines strong strategic finance instincts with the ability to model, analyze, and operationalize insights. Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
