Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing full-stack engineering team with emphasis on career development.
- Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for integrating ML/GenAI into loan origination systems.
- Drive end-to-end execution of the team roadmap including planning, milestone definition, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in hands-on technical design, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
- Deliver complex, high-availability projects where correctness, compliance, and security are critical.
- Use product and system data to iterate rapidly and improve models and services in production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, compliance, and senior leadership.
Education
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
