Location: Remote within Continental US, Hawaii, and Canada only.
Compensation: $98018 - $122522 / Annually

THE ROLE
We’re seeking a talented Psychometrician with a passion for assessment technology to join our Assessments team. This person will serve on our assessments team and contribute to key data initiatives to support our principal and senior psychometricians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in statistics and/or psychometrics and related tooling.

The target salary range for this position is $98,018 - $122,522 USD / $132.4K - $165.5K CAN. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
