- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Sigma Computing reports and dashboards for leadership and legal operations.
- Analyze client workup data to identify trends and drivers of case quality and outcomes.
- Develop predictive models to forecast client case progression.
- Conduct productivity analyses on case management team performance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability in reports and analyses.
- Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Work with data engineering and IT to enhance data sources and reporting infrastructure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
