Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly budget vs. actual reports and track financial risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance financial models for scenario planning and program-level forecasting.
- Assist with preparation of executive leadership and investor presentation materials.
- Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close for accurate financial reporting.
- Develop scalable FP&A processes, tools, and systems like Oracle PBCS and NetSuite.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses for business development, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- MBA or CPA is a plus.
