Skills
- Strong JavaScript and HTML/CSS skills
- Experience with a modern frontend framework (Vue, React, etc.)
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Vite-based toolchains
- Backend integration experience (Node.js, Fastify or similar)
- Experience using Git and CI workflows
- Working knowledge of AWS services and deployment patterns
- Understanding of performance optimization and web security best practices
- Ability to design for good UX and accessibility
Responsibilities
- Design and implement beautiful, high-fidelity frontend experiences for internal CSO and Ops teams
- Integrate frontend apps with Node.js/Fastify backend-for-frontend services and handle authorization
- Migrate legacy internal tools into a single, unified application
- Build end-to-end workflows that replace ad-hoc docs/slack/email processes to increase efficiency
- Leverage AI/Intelligent Document Processing and chatbot enhancements to ingest payroll data and enable conversational actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, security, and maintainability
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to learn new technologies and domain knowledge on the job
