Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operations for Open Market benefits offerings
- Work with insurance carriers to resolve escalated issues and discrepancies
- Collect plan and pricing data and perform enrollments within carrier systems
- Develop and update standard operating procedures to remediate problems
- Support implementation of new benefits and communicate system changes
- Execute filing and regulatory duties as required
- Adhere to vendor and partner SLAs
- Triage and escalate incoming issues appropriately
- Collaborate with senior team members to improve operational efficiencies
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
