- Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, HTTP, and CI/CD pipelines
- Systems architecture and coding/scripting proficiency
- Ability to work with complex systems at scale
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous system reliability and performance improvement
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions
- Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
- Create automation tools and scripts to streamline operations
- Enhance high-volume, fault-tolerant processing infrastructure
- Improve testing, monitoring, and deployment infrastructure
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes
- Promote best practices for reliability, performance, and security
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
