Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing product compliance team and set the operating model for the function.
- Define and implement product-focused compliance strategy, frameworks, and governance across product lines.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to embed compliance by design into systems, architecture, and workflows.
- Ensure readiness for audits and certifications (e.g., ESAC, CPEO, SOC) and manage regulator and auditor relationships.
- Translate regulatory requirements into product specifications, automated controls, and auditable workflows.
- Build single source of truth for compliance documentation, decisions, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide senior-level regulatory insight to influence product strategy and long-term planning.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
