Supervisor, Service Delivery / Dispatch

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven leader to oversee service delivery and dispatch operations across multiple regions. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for scheduling and dispatching field technicians, optimizing service workflows, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage a team of service delivery agents, providing real-time coaching, performance reviews, and quality oversight.
• Coordinate field operations by managing scheduling, routing, and calendar optimization to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor work queues, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support automation improvements to enhance productivity.
• Serve as the escalation point for service delivery issues, ensuring a calm and effective resolution process.
• Collaborate across departments including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and use insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Foster a team culture rooted in purpose, ownership, courage, resourcefulness, and simplicity.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecom or related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or service delivery role.
• Strong record of team leadership, performance management, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with CRM, ticketing systems, workforce management tools, and communication platforms.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed.
