We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Warehouse Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions that support critical business operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, marketing, and data science to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality data practices. You will take ownership of the data ecosystem, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data warehouse architectures that evolve with business needs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Define repeatable processes and policies that support efficient and consistent data operations.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance the data ecosystem.
• Take ownership of high-impact business needs, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Lead R&D initiatives to explore and implement new capabilities in the data stack.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or combined Software + Data Engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL (multiple dialects preferred) and Python.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data ingestion methods, and orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of both normalized database design and warehouse modeling.
• Proven track record of integrating data into business operations from the ground up.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Experience in software engineering, DevOps, or enterprise data systems is a plus.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring or team-building activities.
