Sr Software Development Engineer (Remote - US)

We are seeking a talented software engineer passionate about developing scalable, robust, and high-performance cloud-based services. In this role, you will contribute to the core platform that supports multiple product lines, including authentication, authorization, reporting, auditing, notifications, and APIs. Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and resilient platform microservices that support multiple product teams.

·         Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure operational visibility and reliability.

·         Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) to improve efficiency.

·         Provide technical leadership in system architecture, design, and development best practices, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other teams.

·         Drive operational excellence by participating in post-mortems, incident resolution, and initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve system reliability.

·         Enhance cross-team collaboration and align platform capabilities with business objectives.

·         Strong expertise in authentication and authorization systems, including multi-tenancy and tenant isolation strategies.

·         Proven experience delivering enterprise-ready, cloud-based software with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

·         Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (C#, Go, or Java) and experience with API services, distributed systems, and microservices.

·         Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application design.

·         Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

·         Expertise in observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, or similar).

·         Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience working with platform/core/shared services teams is highly desirable.
