Associate Distinguished Engineer - AI Solution Architect

• Working Modal: 2-3 days weekly in office

Main Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive end-to-end AI architecture for 1000+ concurrent users including Claude integration strategy, MCP server components, and enterprise roadmap
• Define integration patterns for Claude API, MCP protocol, and manage data flows across distributed AI solution stack
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions with focus on high availability, auto-scaling, and performance optimization
• Design and implement enterprise SSO, identity management, RBAC, and security controls including identity pass-through mechanisms
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks for production-scale AI systems
• Set standards for security, performance, scalability, and reliability across front-end, API gateway, and backend infrastructure
• Design disaster recovery, backup strategies, and multi-region deployment architectures
• Provide technical leadership for DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design
• Architect data governance frameworks, audit logging, and compliance controls
• Design cost optimization strategies for cloud resources at enterprise scale
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex integration challenges across the entire solution

Required Skills

• More than 14 years of total experience
• Extensive Python experience (5+ years) – for MCP servers, backend AI infrastructure, and performance optimization
• Enterprise architecture expertise (7+ years) with proven experience scaling systems to 1000+ concurrent users
• Claude API integration and deep understanding of MCP protocol implementation and optimization
• Enterprise security architecture including SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, identity federation, and threat modeling
• System design expertise for high availability, auto-scaling, load balancing, and enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Database architecture (SQL and NoSQL) with performance tuning, sharding, and data governance
• API Gateway and middleware design for enterprise integration patterns and rate limiting
• DevOps/SRE practices including infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response
• Cloud platforms expertise (AWS preferred) with AI/ML services, auto-scaling, and cost optimization

Preferred Experience

• Production AI/ML platform deployments supporting 1000+ concurrent users
• Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
• Enterprise authentication providers (Entra ID, Okta, Auth0) integration experience
• Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) implementation in AI systems
• Performance engineering including load testing, caching strategies, and optimization
• Full-stack development experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, New Relic)
• Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture experience
