The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality desktop applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Accountabilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional, maintainable software.
• Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Create and manage tools to enhance productivity and efficiency within the development team.
• Perform validation, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Document software designs, code, and processes for reference and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Prioritize and manage tasks across the development lifecycle to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with frameworks and technologies like WPF, MVVM, Blazor, Razor, and Bootstrap is advantageous.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience working in SAFe/Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with software design, architecture, and debugging practices.
