As a Software Engineer (L2), you will join a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for developing scalable web applications and backend systems that power high-impact digital experiences. You’ll work with modern technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions that serve thousands of users. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features using React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and related technologies.
• Maintain and improve high-performing backend systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident response and post-mortems.
• Write unit and integration tests, maintaining CI/CD pipelines and high-quality documentation.
• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining modern web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD systems (e.g., Buildkite, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within remote agile teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Bonus: Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or building testing frameworks.
