This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the full software development lifecycle of enterprise-grade products in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of new features, while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. The role balances hands-on development with mentoring and guiding junior team members, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will be expected to champion the user experience, leverage data-driven decision-making, and deliver scalable, maintainable software. Accountabilities

• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end user-facing features using modern Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to define and implement new functionality.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Contribute to product decisions using a data-driven approach, including A/B testing and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL databases.
• Front-end development experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Knockout.js is a plus.
• Strong ability to empathize with users and champion their experience in product design.
• Experience using data to inform product and development decisions; A/B testing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Visual Studio, JIRA, unit testing, debugging, and profiling.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise product development with a focus on user-facing applications.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineering team members.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services or modern deployment frameworks.
