Senior Software Engineer (Remote - US) - job 1 of 19

In this role, you will play a central part in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive scalable, performant, and reliable applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers. The role allows specialization in frontend or backend development while also offering the opportunity to grow into a full-stack capacity. You will contribute to architectural decisions, optimize applications for performance and security, and bring innovative ideas that advance both technology and business outcomes. Accountabilities:

• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and influence high-level architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and a culture of learning.
• Frontend specialists: build modern web interfaces using React, Typescript, CSS, GraphQL clients, and mono repo systems; optimize UI and infrastructure performance.
• Backend specialists: develop core application logic, databases, and APIs; create RESTful or GraphQL endpoints; optimize code and infrastructure for scalability.

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in either:
• Frontend: React, Typescript, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Backend: C#/.NET, Typescript, GraphQL, DynamoDB, MySQL
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred) or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bonus: experience leading projects or teams, full-stack development, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, microfrontend architecture, monorepo build systems, or open-source contributions.
