We are seeking an experienced Mobile Software Engineer to drive the development of high-performance, native iOS applications in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role focuses on architecting scalable mobile frameworks, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering exceptional user experiences for field technicians. Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of native iOS applications using Swift.
• Architect scalable mobile frameworks and features supporting thousands of users daily.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Integrate GraphQL to efficiently connect mobile clients with backend services.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Champion best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and mobile architecture.
• Utilize TCA and shared state management practices to improve app performance and maintainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on iOS.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and hands-on experience in architecting mobile applications or frameworks.
• Strong experience with GraphQL and integrating mobile apps with backend services.
• Knowledge of TCA for iOS applications and experience optimizing shared state.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, experience in technical leadership, SwiftUI, and regular use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with MVI architecture patterns, CI/CD tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions, and end-to-end automation testing.
