We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Engineer to join a mission-driven team focused on building scalable, impactful web applications. In this role, you will contribute across the entire stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, while collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams. You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical initiatives, and explore innovative technologies, including AI/ML integration, to enhance product functionality. Accountabilities

• Independently design, develop, and maintain new features across the web application stack.
• Lead technical initiatives to improve code quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Apply creative problem-solving to address ambiguous challenges in a rapidly evolving product environment.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML tools to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Contribute to technical discussions on architecture, system design, and tooling decisions.

• 5+ years of experience building production systems for complex web applications.
• Strong proficiency with modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and AWS.
• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
• Familiarity with API design, cloud infrastructure, performance optimization, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, APIs, or tools and interest in applying them in production.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with early-stage product development.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in startups, fintech, or SaaS environments is a plus.
