We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and scale innovative services in the senior care space. In this role, you will define product strategy, drive business growth, and deliver impactful solutions that support employees caring for aging loved ones. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research to implementation and evaluation, ensuring offerings are customer-centric, efficient, and aligned with market needs. This is a cross-functional position where collaboration with engineering, operations, marketing, and provider teams is critical. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence a rapidly expanding industry while working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
· Own the product strategy and roadmap for senior care services, driving expansion and innovation.
· Lead discovery, research, and business case development to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, marketing, and provider networks to deliver high-quality solutions.
· Define, track, and report on success metrics, including utilization, satisfaction, and ROI.
· Ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
· Advocate for the caregiver experience, ensuring empathy, accessibility, and relevance in all solutions.
· Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
· 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with senior care, family caregiver support, or aging-in-place solutions.
· Proven experience in launching and scaling digital or service-based products.
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· Knowledge of regulatory considerations, HIPAA compliance, or care provider networks is highly desirable.
· Deep understanding of the senior care market, customer needs, and technology-based solutions.
· Competitive annual salary: $108,000 – $125,000, with eligibility for bonus programs.
