Senior Manager (Remote - US)

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager to lead the execution and optimization of impactful programs that drive energy efficiency, code development, and workforce training across utilities and statewide initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-performing teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes. You will play a key part in shaping program strategy, overseeing budgets, and ensuring contract performance aligns with broader organizational objectives. Accountabilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of utility and statewide energy efficiency programs, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Lead internal cross-functional teams while managing client relationships to deliver high-quality results and sustained client satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, staffing needs, and P&L performance to support organizational and program goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by guiding evaluation efforts and refining strategies across energy efficiency, code initiatives, and training programs.
• Support organizational growth by identifying and implementing best practices and scalable solutions in program delivery.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy efficiency, utility services, or program operations with a strong track record in contract and team management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios with attention to budget, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in forecasting, financial oversight, and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of energy codes, utility program structures, and workforce training methods is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events as needed.
