• Accountabilities:

• Develop end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions to deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with product managers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ML applications.
• Lead and mentor team members, elevating technical standards and improving overall team execution.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ML systems for growth modeling and incentive allocation.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Requirements:
• Proven track record in building production-ready ML/AI systems that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and programming skills.
• Experience defining technical roadmaps and driving major initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
