In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee and inspire multiple engineering teams, driving both technical excellence and operational efficiency. You will shape the engineering culture, scale complex systems, and ensure the delivery of innovative products used by millions globally. This position combines strategic vision, hands-on technical leadership, and people management to achieve ambitious objectives while maintaining quality, reliability, and performance. You will collaborate across Product, Design, and other stakeholders, remove obstacles to success, and mentor engineering leaders to foster high-performing, autonomous teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead at scale in a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple engineering teams, fostering high morale, technical excellence, and accountability.
• Drive the development velocity while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance across your teams’ deliverables.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives to build and maintain high-performing teams.
• Balance operational urgency, including incident resolution, with long-term strategic planning and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver innovative solutions.
• Identify and remove obstacles to team success, enabling autonomous and empowered teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational rigor.

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and multiple teams.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing engineering teams in SaaS or technology environments.
• Deep technical expertise in backend system design or frontend component architecture.
• Strong operational skills, including incident management, process improvement, and maintaining high engineering standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity, high-expectation environments while motivating teams and maintaining quality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
