We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support client analytics initiatives and communicate the value of health programs across diverse populations. In this role, you will develop dashboards, generate actionable insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Your work will help clients understand engagement, clinical outcomes, and ROI, directly influencing retention and program adoption. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys storytelling through data, and can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You will work closely with analytics, data science, engineering, and client success teams to deliver insights that drive measurable impact.
· Develop and maintain enterprise-level dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
· Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client insights, inquiries, and decision-making.
· Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to improve data quality and reduce exceptions.
· Define and optimize operational processes that scale analytics and reporting support.
· Partner with clinical, product, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights.
· Communicate complex data in a clear, visually compelling manner to internal and client stakeholders.
· Mentor junior team members and support distributed team collaboration.
· 7+ years of experience designing and programming BI solutions.
· Strong expertise in developing enterprise-class BI applications.
· Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, ETL processes, and relational databases.
· Ability to analyze complex datasets and define key metrics.
· Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
