Remote AI Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will drive impactful AI solutions by leveraging advanced GPU-accelerated computing and data center architectures. As a subject matter expert, your insights will guide presales efforts, ensuring customers receive tailored infrastructure solutions that meet their business objectives. Collaborating with various teams, you will support the integration of cutting-edge technologies into client operations while maintaining strong technical relationships with vendors and partners.

• Serve as the primary AI Infrastructure SME, providing expert guidance on NVIDIA DGX platforms and compatible OEM solutions.
• Conduct technical consultations to design tailored AI data center solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop detailed hardware configurations ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for proposed solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers and teams.
• Support field sales teams during customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Monitor industry developments to inform solution strategies and enhancements.
• Engage with client contacts to identify and uncover technology opportunities.

• 5+ years in presales engineering or solutions architecture focused on data center infrastructure.
• Expertise in GPU technologies and AI data center platforms.
• Experience creating BOMs and sizing infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with OEM AI server platforms and configuring optimized solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and data center components.
• Ability to assess customer environments and recommend infrastructure improvements.
