As a Senior Program Analyst specializing in research and human-centered design (HCD), you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions that address complex challenges. You will lead research activities, including interviews, focus groups, and usability testing with end users, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations that inform project designs and program decisions. This role balances analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, ensuring that solutions meet real-world needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and track outcomes to support scalable and evidence-based initiatives. The position provides exposure to high-impact programs, enabling you to influence innovation strategies while enhancing service delivery and outcomes for diverse stakeholders. Strong communication, research expertise, and HCD experience are critical for success in this role.
· Lead research and HCD activities, including user interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
· Synthesize findings into insights that inform pilot designs, decision briefs, and program improvements.
· Document, track, and validate requirements to ensure solutions are tested against success criteria.
· Support program reviews and evaluation cycles with actionable data and evidence.
· Collaborate with project teams to integrate user-centered findings into program deliverables.
· Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and leadership through clear reporting and presentations.
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
· 8+ years of experience in program analysis, evaluation, or research.
· Strong background in healthcare program evaluation and performance improvement.
· Proven ability to conduct and synthesize research, usability testing, and HCD methodologies.
· Familiarity with federal program evaluation frameworks such as RE-AIM and QUERI.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Experience supporting program reviews and preparing executive-level reports.
