This role is ideal for a seasoned enterprise architect who thrives at the intersection of technology strategy and business impact. The Principal Architect will guide large-scale IT initiatives, align business priorities with technological solutions, and design scalable architectures that deliver measurable results. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, mentor technical teams, and influence digital transformation programs across diverse industries. This position requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. You will shape solutions that balance innovation with practical delivery while fostering organizational growth and resilience. Accountabilities

As a Principal Architect, you will:

  • Define enterprise IT strategies that align with long-term business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making forums to guide strategic technology choices.
  • Advise teams on best practices across multiple architecture domains, including Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, and Data.
  • Direct digital transformation programs and recommend solutions that balance innovation with delivery feasibility.
  • Communicate complex technical and business concepts in clear, actionable terms to both technical teams and executives.
  • Mentor and develop technical and business teams, building capability and resilience across the organization.
  • Shape enterprise-wide solutions leveraging ERP, CRM, CMS, RPA, BI, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Mastery in at least two architecture domains (Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, or Data) with working knowledge of the others.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping IT strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong facilitation, risk assessment, and organizational change management skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms, strategic planning tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, consensus-building, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Large-scale program or project leadership experience from concept through delivery.
  • Dedication to mentoring, ethical practices, and creating enduring value.
